Artist's Comments

Lightning: Lightning-elementals are quick-witted and almost nothing escapes them. Out of all the elements, they are the smartest and often understand the most complex concepts, most of the time even faster than those closest to them. They are also swift at switching sides when provoked; one minute an ally, and the next minute an enemy. However, they are forgiving, despite appearances, and are more likely to follow than lead.

The thing that bothered me the most about this one was the colour scheme. As we all know, logically, lightning is white/silver-ish, but in cartoons, they're represented as yellow. Since doing grey and black became incredibly dull, I went for the yellow.

Kaoru-sama belongs to Bisco Hatori.
